Description
UM-UC-9 was derived from a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. UM-UC-9 was found to produce tumours in athymic nude mice. Susceptibility to adenoviral mediated gene transduction and expression of p53, p16, retinoblastoma protein and coxsackie adenovirus receptor were studied.
